How It Works
Starting this October and every October thereafter, Purpose Driven Foundation is launching Crowned With Purpose, an annual initiative created to uplift and support local women affected by breast cancer. Through this program, we provide support toward medical wigs and hair-restoration services designed to help restore confidence, comfort, and a sense of self.
The process is simple, personal, and centered around each womans individual needs:
1. Tell Us Your Story
Start by completing our simple application. Share your personal journey, your experiences with treatment-related hair loss, and how we can best support you at this stage of your journey.
Applications will be open through October 15.
2. Thoughtful Review
Once applications close, our team carefully reviews each story and application. We consider each applicant's individual circumstances, needs, eligibility, and available program resources.
3. Be Crowned With Purpose
Our beneficiaries will be crowned and announced the week following the October 15 application deadline. Selected women will be contacted privately with next steps and information about their support.
4. Personal Consultation
Once selected, each recipient will be connected with a trusted hair-restoration provider. Together, they will determine the best solution based on their individual needs, preferences, and circumstances.
5. Your Gift of Confidence
Each selected recipient will receive financial support toward a medical-grade wig or hair-restoration package through a provider of our choice. Support may include professional fittings, custom styling, and other services depending on the recipient's needs.
6. Step Forward With Purpose
Your new crown is more than a wig—it's a symbol of confidence, strength, and renewed self. We are honored to walk alongside each recipient and help her feel seen, supported, and ready to embrace her next chapter.
Applications close October 15. Beneficiaries will be crowned the following week.
